🏆 Constantly failing to achieve a goal?
Switch to thinking about systems. From Scott Adam’s book “How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big”.
Goal-oriented people exist in a state of continuous pre-success failure at best, and permanent failure at worst if things never work out. Systems people succeed every time they apply their systems, in the sense that they did what they intended to do. The goals people are fighting the feeling of discouragement at each turn. The systems people are feeling good every time they apply their system. That’s a big difference in terms of maintaining your personal energy in the right direction. ~ summary from Farnam Street blog

💡 Problems sleeping and focusing?
Look at the light sources around you, eg bed side lamp, and desk lamp. Consider replacing these lights with bulbs designed to help you sleep better (absence of blue light) and bulbs to increase focus (more blue light).
🍽 Having trouble tidying your apartment?
Here’s a fun tip, which happens to be very effective - invite people over, so you HAVE to clean and get ready 😝.
2. Llama news
Llama is a task manager that provides structure and focus to get work done.
🎁 New feature: you can now edit tasks! Yay! This was a long time coming and requested by many. Simply click on a task’s title or time to change it.
