🎇 About to make some New Years resolutions?
How many times have you actually stuck with your New Years resolutions? 😉
This time, consider making ONE resolution, just ONE. And make it simple and easy to achieve.
Here’s an interesting story on how ONE resolution - in this case, flossing every night - led to a bunch of other self improvements throughout the year 👉 check it out.
🙋♂️ Need a bit of extra motivation to get something done?
“Have powerful reasons. Write them down. Know your reasons. Give them some thought … and write them down. If you have loved ones, and you are doing it for them, that is more powerful than just doing it for self-interest.” ~ from Zen Habits
💖 Feeling emotionally drained or unsettled?
Put things that make you feel good in one place, a place that’s easily accessible, and refer to them as needed.
This person made a ‘visual menu of dopamine’ by putting physical objects on a wall rack, and had a plan for when each item might be required eg inspirational books, a free-hand journal, a card from a friend, unfinished craft project.

Llama is a task manager that provides structure and focus to get work done.
🎄 I’ve taken a few days off over the Xmas / New Year break but currently working on some improvements to the website’s content. Looking forward to the start of a new year and more exciting features to come.
