This week’s tips focus on ‘Getting Out of Bed / Waking early’ which is something I’ve been struggling with lately.
🌅 Struggling to get out of bed?
Make waking up early a reward. If you associate waking up to something pleasurable, you’ll soon look forward to it. Leo Babauta from Zen Habits describes how he makes a hot cup of coffee and reads a book first thing in the morning - that’s his reward.
🌃 Is your bedroom just place where you go to sleep?
In order to get up earlier, it helps to go to bed earlier. To go to bed earlier, make your bedroom a place you WANT to spend time in, not just sleep. Optimize your bedroom environment. Is your bedroom quiet, relaxing, clean? Consider lighting, music, temperature, furniture placement. Some inspiration here :)

This guy, Colin Furze, is crazzzy - but so good! He literally built something to eject himself out of bed (do NOT try this at home).
